Eagle Surveying is a North Texas based land surveying company serving customers across the state of Texas.  Our services feature state-of-the-art equipment and experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyors.  Eagle Surveying is an industry leader in providing customers with professional, accurate, and reliable results in a timely manner.

Our surveying expertise includes Residential Surveys, Commercial Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Tree Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Category 1A Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Construction Staking, Elevation Certificates, Platting Services, Engineering support and Contractor support.

Topography Surveys show the elevation of specific points on the property. The points to be surveyed or the spacing grid is agreed on with the client before the works starts. Existing utility information, location, size, etc. can be included at the clients’ request.

Residential title surveys meet title company requirements to close real estate transactions.

A Plat is a map of a piece of land identifying the location and boundaries of street rights-of-way, individual lots or parcels, and other site information. The plat shows features such as lot lines, utility easements, setback lines, land dedicated for public use (e.g. streets and parks), ownership, and metes and bounds (boundary dimensions). Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 212, contains the state law governing the approval of plats.

An ALTA Survey is a detailed survey prepared in accordance with the standards specified by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).  See below for a link of items that can be included on an ALTA Survey.

A Category 1A Land Title Survey locates all important factors affecting boundary locations, ownership lines, rights of way, and easements within or adjacent to a tract of land.  This survey is required whenever a property transaction requires a title policy.

A Boundary Survey certifies the boundary lines of a property without improvements shown.

Construction Staking consists of site layout based on interpretation of construction plans.  Specific reference points are marked to show the location of building corners, driveways, drainage structures, light poles, utilities and other improvements.

Elevation certificates are forms issued by FEMA for clients to use to obtain flood insurance, builders to use to obtain building permits, builder to use to satisfy city officials for interim slab and final elevations.

Tree surveys show location, size and type of trees to meet the individual needs of builders, developers, or architects to submit to certain city entities that may require a tree survey to obtain a building permit.  The Tree Survey can be performed with or without a certified arborist.

Utility Surveys are a survey or map undertaken to reflect the location, size, depth, or condition of subsurface utility lines.

Our surveyors are experts at topographical and platting work, and the attention we give to exact details helps us meet and exceed requirements of our clients.
